Dental Implants – These long-lasting replacements for missing teeth provide stability and natural function.
All-on-4 Full-Arch Restorations – This fixed, implant-supported solution for patients missing most or all of their teeth is one of the quickest ways to replace a full arch of teeth.
Same-Day Implants – With Dr. Doroba’s expertise, it may be possible for you to receive functional teeth in just one visit.
Bone Grafting or Sinus Lifts – These procedures strengthen the jawbone for implants or other restorations.
Gum Grafting or Cosmetic Gum Surgery – You can get treatments to restore gum health and balance your smile.
Tooth Extractions – Dr. Doroba can remove severely damaged or nonviable teeth. If needed, tooth removal promotes better oral health and prepares your mouth for future restorations.

I saw Dr. Doroba at his Marlton office to have a tooth extracted and bone graft put in for an implant. I highly recommend Dr. Doroba. He has great bedside manner, very gentle and even called me himself the night of the extraction to see how I was feeling. You don’t see that often, usually it’s a receptionist that will call and check on you. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
Dr J. Doroba , the dentist at Cape May Atlantic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, is everything anyone could hope for in a dentist , as far as I’m concerned. At our first consultation I was not convinced , I guess I wanted smiles and light chatter. He was just ok and businesslike. My mind changed on the day of my surgery . His bedside manner is impeccable . His pleasant, calm, assuredly demeanor quickly put me at ease. Then came the IV, I thought it would be just awful… but no. I remember his pleasant, peaceful face telling me to squeeze the ball, there was a teeny bit of a pinch and it was done . The next thing I know, I’m on my way to the recovery room. Once home, I expected high pain, bleeding and not being able to eat. It’s been 12 hours now and I’ve had none of that. I followed all the directions given me, I must say I’m quite comfortable . I had soup and yogurt but no noticeable pain and no bleeding. I’m not one to write reviews but given I hate going to the dentist, I thought I might share my experience with others who too have a fear of dentists because of the pain. If you’re fortunate enough to have this dentist, you will not regret it. 5 stars *****
Common Questions About Full-Mouth Reconstruction
What is a full-mouth reconstruction? +–
A full-mouth reconstruction is the process of replacing all or nearly all your teeth. Often, patients who come to us for this treatment have suffered widespread dental damage. They have difficulty eating and are embarrassed about their smile’s condition. We usually use dental implants and replacement teeth to restore these patients’ smiles.
How long does a full-mouth reconstruction take? +–
Since every full-mouth reconstruction will involve different services, there is no standard time frame. Some procedures, including tooth extractions and dental implant placement, will involve a healing period. Your dentist will work with you to select the services best suited to your smile needs and goals, including your schedule and your budget.
Is full-mouth reconstruction painful? +–
A full-mouth reconstruction may include multiple treatments, including surgical procedures such as tooth extractions, bone grafts, and dental implant placement. No matter which procedures you receive for your dental restoration, we’ll ensure you remain comfortable. We use local anesthesia to numb your mouth prior to treatment, and you can also choose to receive dental sedation to help you relax.
