Choose a Lasting Solution for Tooth Loss

Tooth loss is a common concern, especially for adults over 65, with millions facing the challenges of missing teeth. Whether you’ve lost a single tooth or need full-arch restoration, modern advancements in tooth replacement offer a long-term, stable solution.
At Doroba Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center, we provide precision-guided dental implant surgery using CBCT and CT scan technology. This ensures precise placement and exceptional, natural-looking results.
You can choose from these tooth replacement options:
Single-Tooth Replacement – A dental crown attached to a single implant provides a durable, standalone solution for individual missing teeth.
Implant-Supported Bridges – Using implants, you can replace multiple missing teeth without relying on natural teeth for support.
All-on-4 Implants – Your surgeon will place four implants in your jaw to secure an entire arch of new teeth. This special technique uses fewer implants than other kinds of implant dentures.
Same-Day Placement – In some cases, you may be able to receive implants and new teeth replacement immediately after extraction.
Removable and Fixed Full-Arch Restorations – You’ll find options for both fixed and removable implant dentures, depending on your needs. No matter which kinds of dentures you choose, they will stay firmly in place without adhesive. Unlike traditional removable dentures, you’ll be able to eat whatever you like.
Relax with Sedation & Expert Surgical Care
Dental procedures, especially surgical treatments, can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer in-office IV sedation and general anesthesia, ensuring a stress-free and comfortable experience. Unlike many general dental offices, our practice is fully certified to provide these sedation options, so you can remain completely comfortable throughout the procedure – even sleeping through it, if you prefer.
IV Sedation – This type of sedation helps you remain deeply relaxed but still responsive during treatment.
General Anesthesia – This allows you to sleep throughout your implant procedure with no memory of treatment afterward.
Minimal Sedation – We also have lighter sedation options available. Ask our team for details.
Dr. Doroba uses state-of-the-art guided implant placement for precise, predictable results. Whether you need a single tooth replaced or a full-mouth reconstruction, our high-tech approach ensures you’ll have a smooth and successful outcome.

I saw Dr. Doroba at his Marlton office to have a tooth extracted and bone graft put in for an implant. I highly recommend Dr. Doroba. He has great bedside manner, very gentle and even called me himself the night of the extraction to see how I was feeling. You don’t see that often, usually it’s a receptionist that will call and check on you. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
Dr J. Doroba , the dentist at Cape May Atlantic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, is everything anyone could hope for in a dentist , as far as I’m concerned. At our first consultation I was not convinced , I guess I wanted smiles and light chatter. He was just ok and businesslike. My mind changed on the day of my surgery . His bedside manner is impeccable . His pleasant, calm, assuredly demeanor quickly put me at ease. Then came the IV, I thought it would be just awful… but no. I remember his pleasant, peaceful face telling me to squeeze the ball, there was a teeny bit of a pinch and it was done . The next thing I know, I’m on my way to the recovery room. Once home, I expected high pain, bleeding and not being able to eat. It’s been 12 hours now and I’ve had none of that. I followed all the directions given me, I must say I’m quite comfortable . I had soup and yogurt but no noticeable pain and no bleeding. I’m not one to write reviews but given I hate going to the dentist, I thought I might share my experience with others who too have a fear of dentists because of the pain. If you’re fortunate enough to have this dentist, you will not regret it. 5 stars *****
Common Questions About Dental Implants
What are dental implants? +–
Dental implants are small titanium posts that we place in your jaw to act as artificial teeth roots. They are an ideal way to replace missing teeth because the implant fuses with your jawbone to form a base for new teeth. Implants also help keep your jawbone healthy by stimulating the growth of new bone.
Do dental implants hurt? +–
Our patients usually experience only mild discomfort after getting their new implants. Your dentist will use local anesthesia to ensure your mouth is numb and that you don’t feel any pain. Plus, we offer sedation to help you relax and eliminate any dental anxiety you may experience.
Can dental implants be removed? +–
Technically, dental implants can be removed, although it is unlikely you would ever need to have that done. Once your implants have been placed in your jawbone, they completely bond with it and can last for decades, if not the rest of your life. Your replacement teeth that are anchored to your implants have an average life span of five to 10 years.
